党的二十大报告提出，必须牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展。2023年9月，粤桂两地六市法检在广东省茂名市共同签署协作协议，建立云开山环境资源司法保护协作机制。广东省信宜市人民法院积极探索运用补种复绿、增殖放流、劳务代偿等生态修复新路径，完善生物多样性损害赔偿机制。同时，利用世界环境日、全国生态日等重要节点，开展普法宣传、巡回审判，引领辖区群众树立爱山护山理念，多措并举推进环境资源案件源头治理。
