党的二十大报告指出，实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略，发展养老事业和养老产业，优化孤寡老人服务，推动实现全体老年人享有基本养老服务。福建省三明市两级法院以创建“敬老文明号”为契机，聚焦审判执行工作主业，加大普法工作力度，为全面保护老年人权益提供高质量的司法服务和保障，不断增强老年人的获得感、幸福感和安全感。
