6月10日，由四川省卫生健康委、四川省计生协联合中国铁路成都局集团有限公司、成都大学附属医院等多家单位共同组织的“健康中国川渝号”系列熊猫健康列车启程，驶向凉山州越西县普雄镇，为当地群众提供为期三天的全面医疗健康服务。

此次活动以“列车开到哪，健康送到哪”为核心理念，构建起“流动医院”服务体系。列车搭载由四川省人民医院、四川大学华西医院、四川省骨科医院及成都大学附属医院专家组成的医疗团队，涵盖全科医学、重症医学、康复医学等十余个专科领域。列车内CT、彩超、生化检验等车载医疗设备一应俱全，并科学划分义诊区、体检区、远程会诊室及药品储备舱，形成“上车即检、现场诊断、即时治疗”的闭环服务链条，真正实现“家门口”的医疗保障。

6月11日到6月13日，专家团队为群众提供健康普查服务，包括体格检查、心电图、彩超等体检项目，并针对常见病、多发病及慢性病进行精准筛查、诊断。针对行动不便的特殊群体，专家团队分两组走村入户，将义诊服务延伸至“最后一公里”；现场康复理疗区通过针灸、推拿等中医适宜技术，为群众缓解颈肩腰腿疼痛。此外，医疗团队还深入普雄站区及越西县第二人民医院，开展健康巡诊、教学查房及专科培训，通过“传帮带”机制助力基层医疗能力提升。活动覆盖周边9个村落，约300名村民接受了体检。

今年6月是国家第2个全民健康素养宣传月，医疗专家团队在开展义诊的同时，结合“健康知识进万家”活动，现场开展传染病防治、健康素养66条讲解，发放双语健康科普宣传资料、宣传品，针对凉山地区少数民族群众生产生活习惯开展健康咨询和健康教育。

此次“健康中国川渝号”熊猫健康列车的开行，不仅为凉山州越西县的群众带来了实实在在的健康福利，也展现了多方联合、资源下沉、服务基层的强大合力，成为川青铁路开通后“交通+健康”惠民模式的创新实践，为乡村振兴战略的实施注入了新的活力与希望。

活动期间，四川省计生协副秘书长、家庭服务部部长李臻深入越西县贡莫镇看望慰问计生特殊家庭，调研计生特殊家庭住院护理补贴保险项目实施情况。
