日记账填报方法和要求

住户收支调查主要通过日记账方式采集数据，即在抽中的记账户建立《现金和实物收支日记账》，由记账户将每天或某一时期内发生的各项收支情况按发生的时间顺序逐项登记，形成住户收支调查的原始数据。用日记账方式采集数据的最大优点是调查资料有可靠的依据，不容易重复或遗漏，能够保证资料的正确性和及时性。

要点一：按“收付实现制”及时记账

记账的基本原则是“收付实现制”。按每天实际发生的生活收支逐笔记录，做到日清日结，不重不漏。即住户和住户成员发生的现金收支和实物收支活动要按发生的时间顺序逐笔及时登记，发生一笔记一笔，不要混记。

要点二：按时记账

要严格按照规定的记账周期（记账日期为自然月1日到当月末）记账，不能提前或拖延日期记账。不要记回忆账（即几天记一次），最好每天能在固定的时间记账。

要点三：按照“六有六无”标准记账

按照“六有六无”的标准记好每一笔账。
