I was reading a book today. There was a new word "illusion" in the book, so I looked it up in the LDOCE. There was an example sentence in the dictionary entry, "Credit creates the illusion that you can own things without paying for them." and then I had some additional thoughts as follows.
A schedule that is too detailed would also create the illusion that you have accomplished your tasks or goals when you have not yet started or have only started a few days.
And the scene of illusion may also cause you to celebrate the "achievement" in advance. After the excited dopamine is released to a low level, you are still the original yourself, nothing has changed, and then you may want another detailed schedule to do the same thing to keep your excitement over and over again, nothing has changed yet.
So if you have a plan to achieve some goal, you just need a pig picture of how to achieve it in your plan , even just in your mind without writing or saying it. The important thing is to do it. You don't know how to do it until you start. Yes, just do it as people have said.
