孩子们喜欢的“丁丁老师”
是成都铁路公安局
重庆公安处的铁路民警丁玉洁
云南师范大学体育学院毕业的他
主修田径专业、国家二级运动员水平
后通过国家公务员考试
参加公安工作
虽然名字中带有“玉洁”
但在打击违法犯罪的道路上
作风强硬，干事果断

作为体育相关专业毕业的他
在2024年秋季学期
得知能申请去普安参加支教
他立马报了名
开学后，他承担起学前班
及一、二年级的美术、体育科目教学
“缺什么课的老师，他总是自动就补上去了。”
因部分老师工作调整
他又主动承担起了两个年级的语文课
为了能尽快熟悉工作
丁玉洁经常向学校其他老师请教
共同探讨最合适的教学方法

他把教简笔画的方式
融入到美术教学中
把孩子们喜欢的游戏、漫画融入
到语文课堂里
从基本的运球、跑步
到移动、投篮
丁老师的篮球课
更是成为了孩子们最爱上的课程
一次，一个小女孩生病了
她的奶奶来学校找到丁老师
说孩子天天念叨着想快点好起来
去上丁老师的课
因为教学风格生动活泼
孩子们都亲切地叫他“丁丁老师”

为了让孩子们大胆起来、自信起来
丁老师担任起每天的校园“安全员”
成了孩子们每天见到的第一位老师
“天还没亮就能看到赶路来上学的孩子
很多都比较腼腆，不敢打招呼”
为了锻炼孩子们的胆量
他每天都主动跟孩子们问好
时不时蹲下来问问他们的情况
时间长了
校门口总能听到一声声“丁丁老师好！”

用彩色的画笔给世界穿上漂亮衣服”
在班级举办的小小绘画作品展中
孩子们用五彩的画笔描绘着心中所想所愿

他和孩子们一起录制了一条VLOG

弯弯的山路、小小的身影
一方学堂承载了许多个家庭的希望
得知孩子们特别爱打篮球
学校也一直想成立篮球队
他和多方联系
捐赠了一批球衣和比赛球包
“孩子们不仅有了篮球
有了装备，还有了专业的老师
高兴的不得了”校长说道。

笑容渐渐多起来了
