儿童友好社区既是城市一角的放大镜，投射出对儿童的友好和关爱，也是满足儿童健康成长与发展需求的空间环境，关系着辖区儿童的成长发展和美好未来。2024年，河北区聚焦儿童视角，大力推进一批示范性儿童友好社区建设，取得了积极效果，为辖区儿童营造健康向上、温馨快乐的成长环境。

近年来，河北区铁东路街北宁湾社区秉持儿童友好理念，积极主动地搭建多元平台，让社区儿童能够凭借独特视角和纯真无邪的心灵深度参与到社区治理当中，为整个社区源源不断地带来崭新的活力与充满奇思妙想的创意。

在这里，孩子们全神贯注地去观察和思考社区里的种种事务。在社区精心组织的各类青少年活动中，都能看到他们以小主人翁的视角参与社区治理中的身影。
在“社区小导游”项目中，孩子们在全面深入地熟悉社区环境之后，热情洋溢、绘声绘色地为居民和来客介绍社区独具特色的角落、详细清晰地讲解公共设施的使用方法，不仅极大地增强了他们对于社区的归属感，还让他们能够敏锐地发现社区布局和设施存在的问题。
在“一米读书角”活动中，孩子们用清脆的读书声描绘出心中理想的社区模样，无论是更加贴近孩子需求的游乐场地还是古灵精怪的绿化景观，都为社区环境的进一步规划改进提供了重要参考。

此外，北宁湾社区还别出心裁地设立了儿童议事会，孩子们围坐在一起，热火朝天地共同商讨社区事务，绞尽脑汁为社区发展出谋划策。
河北区铁东路街北宁湾社区通过一系列行之有效的举措，充分发挥了少年儿童在社区治理中的关键作用。在今后的工作中，北宁湾社区将持之以恒打造令人向往的儿童友好型社区，努力为青少年的成长创造更加美好的环境。
